SALES OFFICE MANAGER

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY:

We are FITstations and we offer Financial, Insurance Training Services to clients in New York and Connecticut. Based out of either our Greenwich or Bridgeport Office (Or as we call them..Stations), we are looking for a detail oriented, professional and SALES capable PT Office Manager. This position will transition to full-time within 3-6 months based upon performance.

Administrative Responsibilities:
â– assign and monitor staff as assigned
â– allocation of resources to enable task performance
â– coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
â– evaluate and manage staff performance
â– recruit and select staff in partnership with the Managing Director
â– organize orientation and training of new staff members
â– establish procedures for record keeping
â– ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
â– analyse and monitor internal processes
â– review and order office supplies

Business Development Responsibilities:
â– act as a point of contact for our community partners
â– contact local centers of influences (mortgage brokers, auto dealers, local apt complexes) to obtain referral partners for our insurance and bookkeeping service lines
â– assist in the hiring and management of the sales staff as directed by the Managing Director

Qualifications:
â– 3+years experience with progressive supervisory experience
â– professional designations such as a P/C or L/H insurance license preferred but not required
â– knowledge of google business applications
â– reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout CT and Westchester County, NY
â– ability to pass a background check and provide 3 references
â– quickbooks experience preferred
â– ability to start within 2 weeks

Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm HOWEVER you may need to work up to 40/hrs per week and no less than 30/hrs per week
