Experience: Entry‐level position (up to 4 years of prior experience). An undergraduate
degree is required. Accounting and/or finance background is preferred. THIS IS FOR THE BUSINESS SIDE OF A FUND. THIS WILL NOT LEAT TO AN ANALYST OR TRADING POSITION.

Job Description:
We are looking for an entry‐level Operations Associate to assist the Controller, Chief
Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in a variety of assignments related to
accounting, tax, audit, reporting, trade operations, compliance, technology and investor
relations.
Specifically, he/she will be expected to:
‐ Prepare daily cash, trade and position reconciliations for the funds
‐ Check trade orders, trade confirms and reconcile trade breaks
‐ Manage daily relationships with fund administrator and prime brokers
‐ Prepare stock loan reports
‐ Reconcile daily corporate actions and prepare necessary corporate action
reports
‐ Prepare nightly and weekly reports for the investment and operations teams
‐ Assist with month end close and NAV calculations
‐ Assist with annual audits
‐ Assist on compliance related projects
‐ Maintain and organize files
‐ Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and investor materials
‐ Ad hoc projects for the accounting and operations team
Qualifications:
Candidate should have a strong quantitative background and is detail oriented. The
Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, display a willingness to
learn and grow within a small firm and be a team‐player. Candidate also must
demonstrate strong written, oral and presentation skills. The Candidate should have
disciplined project management skills, an ambitious work ethic and a professional
disposition. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Proficiency in Bloomberg,
Aexeo and Eze Castle is helpful.
