One of NYC's most prestigious commercial Real Estate/Investment conglomerate seeks CPA (BIG 4 +) with 5+ years prior commercial real estate hands on and supervisory accounting, financial and operational experience. (any understanding of institutional investments or private equity a +) Responsible for hands on day to day accounting and reporting operations. Prepare management reports; PL, financial statements, client profitability reports as well as budget, forecasts and strategic planning. Coordinate month end close as well as overseeing internal controls and year end audits. Prepare reports for management and institutional investors as well as preparing periodic analysis of funds and properties. Evaluate, develop and implement policies and procedures. Responsible for staff development and aid in various finance and business initiatives. Monitor and A/P and A/R and reconciliation functions. Interface and communicate with executive committee/investors and finance team . MS Suite.
