Responsible for SAP and general accounting duties such as preparing journal entries, monthly closing, accounting analysis and inventory reconciliations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned by the Vice President as necessary.

Conduct sales reconciliations between SAP general ledger and subsidiary operating systems

Ensure accuracy of the books of records and help in the financial statements review.

Prepare and assist with physical inventory and inventory reconciliations

Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports

Analyze financial statements and general ledger accounts

 Analyze company's financial statements, profitability; analyze variances to budget and propose corrective action plan if needed

Skills Experience:
o 1-2 years experience in accounting/finance with retail/consumer products companies fashion/apparel a +
o Strong software skills: Excel, SAP, Retail Pro, Orli-web
o Proven ability to work across functional areas and work as a team
o Strong interpersonal skills, positive and constructive spirit, detail oriented
o Education: Bachelors Business / Accounting
o Strong analytical skills
