Treasury Manager-5037- New York - New York City - Manhattan
Treasury Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processing of administrative payments ensuring that a high volume of payments are processed and recorded accurately and efficiently; while adhering to industry best practices and internal policies and controls.
- Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing and collection of corporate accounts services.
- Liaises with other Bank Departments regarding administrative payment issues, travel reimbursements, administrative receivables and other corporate accounts services.
- Collaborate with employees and vendors to resolve complex issues regarding administrative payments. Troubleshoots any issues in the processing and/or effecting of payments. Reviews and researches reconciliation issues, taking action as needed.
- Provides training and support to departments and field offices on issues related to accounts payable and travel expense reimbursement.
- Stays abreast of the latest innovations in administrative payment technology and makes recommendations to Management to implement new /modify existing systems/processes that will enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Participates in the design and implementation of accounts payable, accounts receivable and travel-related systems requirements. Performs testing, as needed, due to upgrades and/or new policy requirements.
- Follows-up with audit requirements and performs SOX internal control testing as required.
Treasury Manager Requirements:
- Master's Degree or CPA required along with Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with 2+ years of international multicultural experience preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish requirement, knowledge of Portuguese/French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, automated accounts payable systems and treasury management systems
